Dinner: 2/3rds of a big pack of nut brittle (~500 kcal, yowza), a
slice of bread with margarine and (as it turns out, moldy) cheese, a
bowl of "apple pie" yogurt and perhaps 1 egg's worth of scrambled
eggs. This was followed by dark chocolate Lindt ball chaser.

Snack & Dinner
Snack: Snickers bar (yeah I know).
Breakfast, lunch & snack
Breakfast: Cafe au lait 1% milk and a bowl of Nature's Path
multi-grain flakes with 1% milk. Also a cafe au lait 2% milk at work.

Lunch: Braised rabbit au jus (palm-size serving), small serving of
braised carrots, tiny serving of sauteed (I think) turnips, and a
green salad with a little cheese and bacon bits.
Afternoon snack: A cranberry oatmeal cookie.

Whole day
Breakfast: Regular stuff, whole milk on the cereal. Cafe au lait 2% milk at work.
Lunch: Pork sandwich, large undressed salad, small sides. Clear veggie soup.
Snack: Mars "energy bar".
Dinner: ca 15 pieces of sushi and a small custard pastry.
