What's Jói Made Of - A Food Diary

Lunch
A salmon sandwich (pretty healthy, not too large, no cheese or mayo,
~deck of cards worth of salmon), a smallish serving of mac'n'cheese,
an a small bowl of spicy vegetable soup (not creamy). Carrot muffin
for dessert.
Yogurt for afternoon snack.
