- Breakfast: My usual, i.e. a bowl of Optimum Zen and a café au lait with 1% milk, plus a spoonful of Lýsi.
- Lunch: Bulgogi beef on a mango oriental salad. This was very healthy and really good.
- Dinner: One and a half hamburgers of the normal size variety, in a white bun with maybe 1 1/2 or two teaspoonfuls of mayonnaise plus other healthy dressings.
- There might have been an extra café au lait 1% milk in there somewhere.
