Breakfast & Lunch

Breakfast: A bowl of Optimum Power cereal with 1% milk, and regular
coffee with a bit of milk.

Lunch: A small serving of salmon, a small serving of sauteed
mushrooms, a small serving of lentil beans, and a little more than
half a plate of mixed greens with a little bit of fine herbs dressing.
For dessert, about 1/4th of a serving of brownies.

Snacks: Cafe au lait 2% milk.
