Lunch: A fairly huge burger with bacon and goat cheese, and a pretty
enormous order of fries with a fairly small amount of spicy mayonnaise
to dip. Washed it down with a pint of Rickard's White (weissbier).

Later in the morning, had a triple grande non-fat latte at Starbucks.
Lunch: Beef and cheddar quesadilla served with rice pilaf.
Medium-sized portion, not too greasy. After lunch had a
coffee/10%/10%.
Yesterday post breakfast
a prime rib sandwich smothered in onions and cheese, with an
altogether ridiculously huge serving of french fries; I didn't finish
the food but still had an awful lot. For dessert, we shared a slice
of chocolate cake. This was a very large meal although in the end I
did not feel stuffed.
Dinner was a small bowl of Optimum Power with 1% milk.

raisins, a couple of squares of chocolate, and a couple of handfuls of
brown M&Ms.

crispy pizza with gruyere, smoked meat and pickles at Les 3 Brasseurs,

Nóa chocolate, five or six Djúpur. I.e. lots of candy.

spoonful of Lýsi.

Lunch & afternoon snack
rice. After lunch I had a cafe latte.
Afternoon snack: Someone was selling "the world's best chocolates"
for fundraising at the office. Like a fool I bought a pack and now
I'm writing this entry ~500 calories later. Doh!
Breakfast
about 1/4th of a chocolate croissant.
At the office, as our coffee machine is broken, I had a mocha
smoothie. Turns out it's not quite the same thing - I usually don't
put banana in my coffee.
Tuesday, September 18, 2007
Dinner, parts 1 and 2
pastry, and a thin slice of bread with spread.

sandwich. A handful or two of pita chips, some of them with horribly
fatty spinach dip.
Breakfast & Lunch
Lunch: Smoked paprika shrimp served with greens on white bean puree -
a fairly small serving. For dessert I had a small fruit smoothee.

Sunday, September 16, 2007
A few days worth...
Breakfast: Not sure, probably a bowl of Optimum Power with 1% milk.
Brunch and Lunch: My wife bought four or five different pastries; I
had about 2/3rds or 3/4ths of these through brunch and lunch.
Afternoon snack: Again operating on the "I'm sick so I can eat
anything" logic, I had a slice of birthday cake, two small scoops of
frozen yogurt, and a few raspberries.
Dinner: 60% (8.5/14ths) of a medium-sized thin-crust pepperoni pizza
from Domino's, plus a glass and a half of wine, and a can of beer.

Saturday:
Breakfast: Not sure I remember... probably a bowl of Optimum Power
with 1% milk.

baguette, and a glass of red wine.

Thursday, September 13, 2007
Lunch through Dinner
Afternoon snack: A handful of dried fruit and nuts.
Dinner: Two slices of corn bread and one bun from "bun bread", all
with spread. Also two pieces of chocolate and a handful of ogre-sized
M&Ms. I'm a bad boy and deserve to be punished.
Tuesday dinner through today morning
Wednesday:
Breakfast: A bowl of Optimum Power with 1% milk, plus a couple of
bites of what my boys were having.
Lunch: A three-egg frittata with ham, and a green salad with a little
dressing. My brother-in-law joined me for lunch at work, and his
smoked salmon pasta looked much better than my styrofoam frittata.
Afternoon snack: Sweet'n'salty bar.
Afternoon binge: I went home early because I was sick. Operating on
the ubiquitous logic "I'm sick so I can have ice cream", I had half a
mini-tub of Liberté vanilla frozen yogurt, a slice and a half of
yesterday's cake, and maybe 10 pita chips with spinach dip.
Dinner: My wife's famous peppercorn filet mignon steak, with
Bearnaise sauce, broccoli, corn and french fries, plus a glass and a
half of red wine. For dessert, probably half a slice of yesterday's
cake, two scoops of ice cream, and some raspberries.
Today:

son's bread with peanut butter.

feeding my boys, one of them with a bit of peanut butter on it.

Framboise Royale cake (very decadent chocolate cake), about 2/3rds of
a croissant aux amandes, one-fourth of a carrot muffin, and something
like three buns out of a bun-type-bread thing with raisins (very white
bread) with spread and cheese.
Afternoon snack: A sweet'n'salty bar.

snack food, many drinks, etc.
Sunday: Hangover at our house, large quantities of hangover food,
lots of Icelandic candy in the evening.
Friday, September 7, 2007
There be Dragons!
another cafe au lait, 1% milk, soon after arriving at work.
Lunch: Dragon Monster Burger (quite a large burger with fried
prosciutto and sauteed mushrooms) with salad, no dressing.
Thursday, September 6, 2007
Dinner and hangover
tapenade on baguette served with salad and just a touch of dressing.
Late tonight I had THREE (yes count them) Caramel Thick chocolate

portion).
For an afternoon snack, I had half a (fairly small) chicken salad sandwich.

wine. Followed by a couple of beers and drinks.
Breakfast this morning was a sweet'n'salty bar and half a hot dog bun
with spread. Yes I know.
Second breakfast was a Bacon McMuffin. Sometimes you just have to go
for the good stuff.
Elevensies was nothing, but would have been funny.

Early light dinner (there will be another much later tonight): Same

Breakfast
my son's yoghurt with brown sugar and oatmeal.
Yesterday's dinner & night out
Commune est) and had a pretty good meal.
Aperitif: Vodka martini (Skyy vodka) with a twist.

100% freshly baked.
Appetizer: Mosaic of foie gras, duck breast and prosciutto with figs,

Main course: Veal fillet with broad beans and roasted potatoes, and a
glass of red wine. This was good, kind of salty and rustic.
Dessert: Chocolate cake, Bailey's cacao sorbet in a glass, and red

instead of whisky).
After dinner, I had a Long Island Iced Tea at a club nearby.
