Breakfast, lunch & snack

Breakfast: A bowl of Optimum Rebound with 1% milk, and a cafe latte
with full-fat milk.

Lunch: Shrimp wrap with avocado and peppers served with salad.
Fairly small portion, tiny bit of dressing (half a teaspoon I guess).

Afternoon snack: A cheese stick (80 kcal).
