Evening snack: A few handfuls of Nóa Kropp, a handful of
súkkulaðirúsínur, and a single huge chocolate thing.
Breakfast: One slice of barley bread with organic peanut butter and
one slice of corn bread with some spread. After breakfast I had 5g of
dark chocolate.
Lunch: Two Oreo wafer sticks (140 kcal total), a slice of barley
bread with organic peanut butter, 4/10ths of a medium-sized Domino's
thin-crust pizza with pepperoni, and the remainder of my son's yogurt
with oatmeal (a small amount).
