Breakfast, Lunch & Snack

Breakfast: Optimum Power and cafe au lait, both 1% milk, plus a
spoonful of Lýsi.

Lunch: 18 pieces of various Sushi, plus three slices of fresh pineapple.

Afternoon snack: Half a handful of nuts, and two slices of fresh pineapple.
