Breakfast: Optimum Power cereal with 1% milk, regular coffee with
milk, spoonful of cod liver oil.
Morning snack: Cafe au lait 2% milk.
Lunch: 8 pieces of dim sum plus a small custard pastry for dessert.
This was a somewhat large portion and it's pretty greasy food.
Afternoon snack: Cafe au lait 2% milk. One more piece of dim sum.
