Breakfast

For breakfast I had a yogurt parfait with a smallish portion of 2%
plain yogurt, a medium portion of Kashi crunchy goodness and two
handfuls of blueberries. Also a regular coffee with a bit of cream
(milk was out) and a spoonful of cod liver oil.

As a mid-morning snack I had a cafe au lait 2% milk.
