great food, gained maybe 2 kilos, then felt like I couldn't make
entries in the food diary until I caught up writing about the trip.
Forget that, wiping the slate clean now and starting from this
morning.
TODAY
Breakfast: 2 squares of some horribly decadent
almond/chocolate/toffee/cookie cake thing, and a bowl of Flax Plus
yummystuff with 1% milk.
Morning snack: Coffee/2%/10%
Lunch: A fairly large portion of chicken pad thai.
Afternoon snack: Coffee/2%/10% and a sweet'n'salty bar.
