Breakfast & Lunch

Breakfast was a small bowl of Yog-Active with 1% milk. Had a cafe au
lait with 2% milk early this morning.

Lunch was a small serving of chicken leg with Tuscan bread salad, a
small serving of sauteed asparagus, and half a plate of mixed greens
with some fine herbs dressing. Had a cafe au lait with 2% milk soon
after lunch.
