Before lunch I had a cafe au lait 2% milk.
Lunch was 6 medium-sized shrimps in a carrot reduction, one small
carrot, a very small serving of polenta, a small serving of pasta with
mushrooms, and 1/3rd plate of mixed greens with a little bit of honey
mustard dressing. After lunch another cafe au lait 2% milk.
For an afternoon snack I had a very small bowl of Pine Nuts Trail
Granola cereal with 2% milk.
