Breakfast & Lunch

Breakfast was a bowl of Kashi GoLean Crunch with whole milk. Soon
after I had a cafe au lait 2% milk.

Lunch was a small serving of jerk pork with kale and plaintaines, a
serving of grilled cauliflower, and half a plate of mixed greens,
olives and a little fine herbs dressing. Very good portion control.
