Breakfast & Lunch

Breakfast was a bowl of bran flakes with 1% milk.

Lunch was a serving of chicken in black bean sauce, three dumplings,
and half a plate of mixed greens and a few olives with a tiny bit of
fine herbs dressing. Portion control pretty good.

For dessert after lunch, I had a cafe au lait 2% milk and a packet of Smarties.
